INSTADOSE™ ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY - UNITED STATES

SUMMARY

Mirion Technologies (GDS), Inc. (“we” or “us”) operates the mirion.instadose.com web site (the “Site”), which is hosted in the United States. We want you, the visitor to our public web site, to understand how we collect and use data about your Site visit. The privacy policy below identifies what information the Site collects, and what it is used for. The Site collects some “personally identifiable information”, which is information that identifies you. This may include your name, address, email address, telephone or fax number, gender, age range, security information, social security number, credit card information and certain other information, which we explain in more detail below. You can choose not to provide us with this information, but certain portions of the Site may not be available to you. We also use cookies, which gather certain forms of information from your computer to help us monitor and improve Site usage and performance. This may include your user ID, session state ID, menu item selected and other non-personally identifiable information.

We do not disclose this information to third parties for their marketing purposes, but we do use third party software and services to assist us with analyzing information regarding use of the Site as well as with processing credit card payments. We may also disclose your information to others for other purposes, particularly if required to do so by law. The privacy policy for the Site is set forth below and you should contact privacy@mirion.com if you have questions or concerns about this policy or the use of your information.

INFORMATION WE GATHER

This is our online privacy policy (“Online Privacy Policy”). This Online Privacy Policy applies only to activities we engage in on the Site and does not apply to activities that are "offline" or unrelated to the Site. You should note that different privacy policies may apply to other parts of the web presence of Mirion Technologies (GDS), Inc. – for example, password protected areas – or its affiliated companies.

We may collect two types of information through this Site: anonymous information and personally identifiable information (“PII”). We collect certain anonymous data regarding the usage of the web site. This information does not personally identify users, by itself or in combination with other information. We gather it to monitor and improve the performance of the Site. The anonymous data we collect can include information such as the type of browser you are using, IP address, and when the user logged into the Site.

We may also ask you to provide personally identifiable information on the Site, which may include your name, address, telephone number, fax number, username, or e-mail address, gender, age range, security information, social security number, and credit card information. This information can be gathered when you send us feedback or an e-mail, when you create an instadose account, when we set cookies, or directly in response to inquiries on the Site. In all such cases you choose whether to provide us with the personally identifiable information, but certain portions of the Site may not be available to you if you do not provide the PII requested. We may disclose PII to third parties who assist us with processing credit card payments (e.g., PayPal).

COOKIES

Cookies are small bits of data cached or stored on your computer based on Internet activity. We use cookies to monitor individual activity in aggregate to improve the Site. The information we may gather includes IP address, user language, the operating system, browser type, the presence/absence of “flash” plug-ins, screen resolution, connection type, and information that identifies the cookie. However, no other user information is generally collected.

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade or rent to others your personally identifiable information collected on the Site.

Uses by Mirion Technologies (GDS), Inc. : We use the information collected through the Site for statistical purposes and for improving the Site, as well as for our marketing purposes and potentially sending commercial emails to you. We often engage a third party’s software or services to assist us with these analyses as well as payment processing. As a practical matter, we must release your mailing address to a postal or courier service to deliver information you requested. We use third-parties to assist us with our marketing efforts, including assisting us with sending emails to you. This may include sending you free electronic newsletters and promotional emails for products and/or services offered on our Site as a service. We may send you newsletters and emails periodically listing current specials and deals from us or through our third-party service partners. However, you will have the choice to opt out of receiving newsletters and promotional emails for our products and/or services.

We may also disclose personally identifiable information in order to respond to a subpoena, court order or other such request. We may also provide such personally identifiable information in response to a law enforcement agency's request or as otherwise required by law. We may provide your personally identifiable information to a third party if we file for bankruptcy, or there is a transfer of the assets or ownership in connection with proposed or consummated corporate reorganizations, such as mergers, acquisitions, or sales of business units.

Uses by Third-Parties: We do not provide your personally identifiable information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

EMAIL NEWSLETTERS/SERVICES

The Company maintains an opt-in-only email database. The Company will not sell or rent your email address to any third party. The Company will not disclose any personally identifiable information to any third parties except as necessary to provide our products and services to you (e.g., third party payment processing). The Company may provide general demographic information to third parties about email subscribers, or general usage statistics of email subscribers. All email which a user opts to receive contains an opt-out mechanism in the form of a link or URL. The email also contains a link or URL enabling you to change your email delivery preferences and user profile.

HOW YOU CAN CORRECT OR REMOVE INFORMATION

If you have submitted personal information to the Company through the Site, and would like that information deleted from our records or would like to update or correct that information, please login to your account at mirion.instadose.com and update your information directly, or contact us via our Site or telephone., and provide us with your name, e-mail address and postal address. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make corrections or remove your name and address from our database.

OTHER WEB SITES

We are not responsible for the privacy policies of web sites to which the Site links. If you provide any information to such third parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. We strongly suggest you review such third party's privacy policies before providing any data to them. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. Please be aware that our sites may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. The information practices of those Web sites linked to our site is not covered by this Policy. These other sites may send their own cookies or clear GIFs to users, collect data or solicit personally identifiable information. We cannot control this collection of information. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

SECURITY

Personal information collected by the Company is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Children are not permitted to use the mirion.instadose.com Site or services, and we request that children under the age of 13 not submit any personal information to the web site. Since information regarding children under the age of 13 is not collected, mirion.instadose.com does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding children under the age of 13.

CORRECTIONS AND UPDATES

If you wish to modify or update any information we have received, please contact privacy@mirion.com.

SALE OF COMPANY

In the course of its operations, the Company may be sold to another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company (including through bankruptcy proceedings), all of the personally identifiable information that the Company has collected may be transferred to the new company.

APPLICABLE LAWS

This Online Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and more particularly the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

MODIFICATIONS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Online Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you by posting an amendment to the privacy policy on the Site. Such modifications will become effective on the day they are posted. We encourage you to frequently review the privacy policy for any modifications.

California Supply Chain Transparency Disclosures Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1714.43

Mirion Technologies (Mirion) does not use, support or condone slavery or human trafficking in any of its operations. Mirion, however, believes that the complex and specialized nature of its products and the types of countries where its limited suppliers are located considerably lowers or eliminates the potential for slavery or human trafficking. Mirion also believes that its suppliers are in the best position to address this important issue. The following disclosures are made pursuant to the California Supply Chain Transparency Act (the Act). The Acts disclosure requirements and Mirion's responses are set forth below. Whether, and to what extent, Mirion:

  1. reviews its product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of slavery or human trafficking, and whether verification, if any, is conducted by a third party: Mirion does not use, support, or condone slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not knowingly conduct business with individuals, organizations, or companies that use, support, or condone slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not verify product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of slavery or human trafficking.
  2. conducts suppliers audits to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards regarding slavery or human trafficking in supply chains, and whether audits, if any, are independent and unannounced: Mirion does not use, support, or condone slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not knowingly conduct business with individuals, organizations, or companies that that use, support, or condone slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not conduct audits of its suppliers to evaluate and address risks of slavery or human trafficking.
  3. requires direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into Mirion products comply with the laws addressing slavery or human trafficking in the country or countries in which they are doing business: Mirion does not use, support, or condone slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not knowingly conduct business with individuals, organizations or companies that use, support, or condone slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into its products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.
  4. maintains accountability standards and procedures for Mirion employees or contractors that do not meet company standards regarding slavery or human trafficking: Mirion does not use, support, or condone slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not knowingly conduct business with individuals, organizations, or companies that use, support, or slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and trafficking.
  5. provides company employees and management with direct responsibility for supply chain management training on slavery or human trafficking, including with respect to mitigating risks in supply chains: Mirion does not use, support, or condone slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not knowingly conduct business with individuals, organizations, or companies that use, support, or condone slavery or human trafficking. Mirion does not provide training on slavery or human trafficking to its employees and management with direct responsibility for supply chain management.
